Several areas have been isolated, including the kitchen, the service area, the dining zone, and the cozy space with a sofa, a library composition, and a TV section. To complement the overall design, additional elements in bold black, primarily made of metal, were introduced.

These elements impart a sense of modernity and sharp contrast to the composition. The design style here is characterized by clean, straight lines, predominantly orthogonal in nature, which add a sense of order and structure to the environment.
