The task for this specific space was met with multiple requirements that needed to be accommodated. A cafe/patisserie is an integral functional element of a private hospital located in Plovdiv. The space had to accommodate various visitors, with different zones designed to create an attractive interior environment, including separate areas for seating and standing. The ultimate goal of the project was to provide a multifunctional public space that would equally serve hospital staff, patients, their families, and external visitors. The main section is centered around the coffee and pastry serving counter. The wall behind it is not formed by flat panels with orthogonal lines; instead, an Italian metal display system with integrated lighting is positioned in front of them. Another interesting detail is a dedicated cabinet under the worktop, designed specifically for storing coffee. In addition to tables and chairs logically dispersed throughout the space, a multifunctional bar counter was designed. Service areas, in this case the kitchen and delivery space, are located behind the working service counter. The main materials used in the project include surfaces with wood veneer, technical stone for the service counters, and metal constructing additional details.
